What you choose to market will portray to your potential customers exactly what you have to offer and the product's personality.

Advertising pamphlets, such as flyers, color brochures, or newsletters can help the success of selling your product.

There are 3 crucial items to remember when writing sales brochures. Foremost, you will want the customer to read it. Then, you'll want the customer to appreciate the brochure's message. Finally, you'll want the potential buyer to act on the information within the sales brochure.

Mind Your Attitude - Internet

My dear netpreneur friends,I recently found that internet marketing (IM) world is not all about online interaction. Most of the interactions are being done online, that is true. But, do not forget that it is also critical to have an offline interaction, either networking between fellow netpreneurs or communicating with our clients and customers.

Even though internet has made a revolution on how human beings interact with each other, it will never change the true need and value of actual human interaction which we do in our offline world each and every day. Therefore, it is prominent to mind your attitude in a positive way online and offline.

Doing an IM business does not mean that you can do all of the things on your own. You still need other people, no matter they are also involved in IM business or simply customers. If you build a website, you need traffic and traffic means other people, right? If you feel you cannot make a good content, or sales copy, most probably you will outsource it to other people. If you do not have the tools like auto responder, etc, you will need to buy it from other netpreneur. If you do not know how to use the auto responder, you will have the need to ask questions or even coaching from other netpreneur. The lists go on...

What I am trying to say here is that we need to be polite to everyone offline and online. Fellow netpreneurs whom with you interact may probably be really successful in the future, right? If you build friendship with them, then you will have the privilege to learn from them as well, as long as you mind your attitude towards them during the friendship (read: always be polite to them). The same thing goes to you. You also can be extremely successful one day. That is not merely a dream. That dream can really come true, if relentless effort is involved PLUS a positive attitude is attached.

As a newbie in IM business, I have received so many offers, invitations, etc to attend IM events through e-mails, text messages (SMS) or even phone calls. Sometimes I can attend, sometimes not. Sometimes I am interested, sometimes not. Regardless of all that, I maintain a positive attitude towards those fellow netpreneurs who sent me their seminar or IM invitations, promotions, etc. Why? It is because I truly cherish and respect the value of having good relationship with other netpreneurs. Even if I am not interested or cannot attend events, I still reply and say thank you. This is because I appreciate the goodwill of my friends to share information with me.A senior netpreneur once said that IM business is not for everybody. It is not a "one size fits all" thing. It is only suitable for those who have big dreams, real efforts, and most importantly positive attitude. Another senior netpreneur said that statistically only 5% of those involved in IM will succeed. So, now you decide. Do you want to be among that 5% of netpreneurs?

Yesterday, I shared info through text messages to fellow netpreneurs about some seminars. Personally, I viewed that those seminars' topics are interesting and useful. That's why I wanted to share the info in the first place. To my surprise, someone replied and actually used the B***S**T word. Well, it is a pity to learn the fact there is one of my fellow netpreneurs who does not have a positive attitude. No matter how impolite he replied, I still managed to say thank you for his "kind" reply and wish him good luck. :-)

My message of the day: please mind your attitude and keep it positive!Good Luck!

Journaling, a Healing Art - Publishing - Writing

I have often been told that I should give seminars, as this would be an excellent way to drum up clients in my work as a ghost writer. And one of the seminar topics that everyone wants to hear about, or so it would seem, is journal writing. It is easy. You just sit down, in whatever schedule you are able to muster, whether it is every day, once or twice a week, or even once every few months, to write about whatever is on your mind. Old memories that happen to be surfacing, problems you are having with your family, problems at work. Joyous things that happen and things that turn out to be better experiences than you thought they would be, the serendipitous in our lives.

People even use Journaling to keep track of whether and how well they are able to curb unwanted habits, like over-eating or smoking. This is because the act of writing down your intention, along with your thoughts and feelings about what is happening in your life at that moment, whether or not you have succeeded in your endeavors. Often that written pat on the back can give you the impetus to move forward, to be able to repeat what has worked well. And writing down the failures, analyzing why they happen, and looking at various ways to avoid such failures again can give you the ammunition you need to be able to meet your challenges in more constructive ways.

The truth is, we really do know what we need to do with our lives. When we sit down to write about our thoughts, our ideas on the situation can open doors to those parts of our mind we often permit to lie dormant; those parts that compose our intuition. This can help us to see connections between things that we would not ordinarily make note of, but that can make a world of difference in how we see and respond to our environment. Yes, Journaling can be a marvelous activity to take up. Perhaps a seminar would not be such a bad idea.

How to Hire a Motivational Speaker to Increase Employee Performance and Productivity - Business - Management

One of the best things any company can do to impact their bottom line, especially during tough economic times, is to bring in a professional speaker or coach to work with your staff. Offering a seminar to your employees can go a long way toward increasing productivity, sales and overall performance.

In the past, companies invested in new and better equipment in order to be competitive and gain an edge in the marketplace. Today, your people are your most valuable asset, so an investment in upgrading their performance is a prudent move, one that will pay for itself many times over.

In addition to the obvious benefits of increased motivation, performance, skills and, as is the case for salespeople and customer service reps, more business, there are the not-so-obvious benefits of improved morale.

This is of particular importance in a company who has experienced layoffs and downsizing. By giving your employees seminars and other performance improvement services, such as coaching, you demonstrate your company's commitment to their success, which translates into more success for the company. People feel valued and appreciated which, in turn, encourages them to value and appreciate the company more.

So, just how do you go about choosing the ideal presenter to hire?

Shop locally for better dealsFor starters, many budget conscious company's today are looking more and more to local speakers for their events. In addition to saving the added expense of travel and lodging, many professional speakers charge lower rates for local engagements. A good way to begin your search is to add your city's name to your search for "motivational speaker. " For example, you might enter, "affordable motivational speaker new jersey" as your search term.

Read what other's have saidNext, read the speaker's Web page looking, in particular, for testimonials. What others have said about a speakers performance is the best endorsement.

Don't get discouraged by the Web siteWhen reading sample seminar topics on a speaker's Web site, keep in mind that most will customize their presentation to meet the needs of your audience. If you do not see exactly what you need, don't worry. Chances are the speaker will create a program to match your criteria.

Is the speaker you're considering an author or in some way perceived as a celebrity? Authors bring added value and can add to the impact of your event. This is of particular importance with groups who need to be enticed to attend the event.

Ask what else might be included. For example, an author may "sweeten" the deal by offering a special price on their book or even packaging it into the fee. Would they include a couple of follow-up coaching sessions in the deal?

Ask if they will deliver a breakout session for less cost. I once delivered a morning keynote to the management of a small business and then a shorter training session for the sales force after lunch. Since I was "all dressed up" and already there, we were able to agree on a combined fee that fit the clients budget nicely. Often, a speaker will include a short breakout session as part of the package or at a greatly reduced cost. Personally, since my main goal is to have satisfied clients, I'm pretty flexible, especially if it's a local event.

Ask permission to record the event. Having a permanent copy of the speakers program is quite valuable since new employees can gain access to the information and your existing staff can use it as a refresher.

Will the speaker barter a portion of their fee? Depending on your industry, you may be able to trade a portion of the speaker's fee for your product or service. A good example of this is, obviously, a resort hotel or even an top notch restaurant. Speakers like to travel and eat too:-)

Regardless of where or how you find a motivational speaker, bringing someone in to improve the performance of your employees is an investment that will pay for itself many times over and is a smart business decision in this challenging economy.

Trade Show Season is Here... Are You Ready? - Business - Networking

Wine Industry Trade Show season is fast approaching. For exhibitors, trade shows are an opportunity to showcase new products, advances and innovations, and to connect with thousands of potential new clients (and reconnect with old ones). For attendees, it's a chance to learn what's new and exciting in the industry, attend seminars or workshops to hone your skills or learn new ones, and to rub elbows with others in the industry.

"Technology is really changing the way customers make buying decisions, that's no secret and no one knows that better than us in this industry", says George Christie, President of the Wine Industry Network, "but there's no substitute for what happens when you put a supplier and a buyer in the same room. We attend every show and while they all offer something different, there is one common denominator.they all work like crazy to put prospective buyers in the room"

For exhibitors and attendees alike, trade shows save money. Suppliers can attract hundreds of potential customers for a small fraction of what it would cost to seek them out individually or in a mass marketing campaign. Likewise, for the price of admission, an attendee can find everything he or she needs to run a successful business in one place. They can inspect and compare products side by side and many vendors offer special discounts for those who buy at the show--don't forget to ask.

Yes, trade shows leave us exhausted, with sore feet and scratchy voices. But, if you use them effectively, they can pay off in a big way. Here are some trade show statistics from Merchant's Circle, an online business networking organization:

83 percent of trade show attendees have some kind of buying power. 85 percent of decision makers say attending trade shows saves their company time and money by bringing vendors together under one roof. 91 percent of attendees say that trade shows impact their buying decisions because the competition is in one place allowing for comparison shopping in real time. Trade shows cost 38 percent less than sales calls. Trade show visitors will tell six or more people about their experience.

Here are four wine industry trade shows coming up that we wanted to share and more are featured on the WIN site. See you at the show!

This year's Wine & Grape Exposition, which is coming right up, has moved to a new location at the Napa County Airport, a site that can comfortably accommodate the growing number of exhibitors and attendees.

The Wine & Grape Expo is a highly focused educational symposium for the premium winegrape grower and wine producer. The Expo includes seminars that focus on specific vineyard practices as they relate to wine quality as well as an exclusive tradeshow with many of the industry's leading viticulture and enology companies. "This years' event will be really exciting," said Sonia Deluca, program director for Napa Valley Grapegrowers.. "It's about connecting vineyard practices to wine quality. In one day you can learn so much information about growing high quality wine grapes and producing great wine from those grapes."

"This year when selecting exhibitors we made sure we had a wide range of viticulture and enology companies," said Deluca. "Things like optical grape sorters, aerial imaging of vineyards--we have a seminar topic on that--and taking attendees from the dirt to the bottle. It's a really exciting symposium for us. Half of our members make wine and work hard to connect vineyard practices to wine quality. It's our day to bridge those two things. We will talk about elevating the quality of farming practices toward making the highest quality of wine."
