Whitehouse, NJ - Ed Delia, branding specialist and president of Delia Associates, has become a regular presenter of online tactics and strategies to regional groups of Vistage International, the world's leading chief executive organization. Delia's presentation on creating a powerful online brand and attaining online brand leadership has proven popular among the organization's members, from chief executive officers to company presidents and their advisors.
"I enjoy sharing my online branding philosophy and methodology with my fellow Vistage members," said Delia, "It's an area that many can be intimidated by, until I break it down for them."
Established in 1957, Vistage International has over 14,000 members in 16 countries, and offers a range of programs, each tailored to the needs of its members, who meet regionally and often call on the expertise of one of their own in the area of continuing education.
Delia's presentation covers all the factors critical to success in what he calls 'the age of e.' According to Delia; "Branding in 'the age of e' is all about using the power of the Internet to create a dialog with your customers on an individual basis. You want them engaged, helping you to solve whatever problems they have with your products or services, helping you to become a more important part of their lives. In effect, you want to build a community around your brand."
Delia believes 'the age of e' has simply provided today's marketers with a new toolbox, which makes achieving brand leadership possible for a company of any size. "We now have neat new tools like blogs, social networks, online PR and viral marketing to use alongside traditional marketing vehicles," says Delia. "Used properly, they can help you connect with, collaborate with and unite your customer base in support of your brand like no other time in the history of marketing communications."
In addition to having been designated an Expert Speaker by Vistage International, Delia is only one of less than a dozen marketing professionals in New Jersey to have been named a Professional Certified Marketer by the American Marketing Association. That honor puts Delia in the ranks of only 250 other professionals in the U.S. NJBiz and New Jersey's leading business publications have also recognized Delia for his achievements.
Beyond the demands of a growing business and providing branding guidance to CEOs and marketing executives on a regular basis, Delia is committed to the welfare of his immediate business community and donates a significant portion of his time to the healthy economic development of Somerset and Hunterdon counties. He is also an active member of the New Jersey Chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), and has served as president of the chapter.
