Churches are another idea place. Ive usually found that a hotel offers the best alternative. Shop around for the best price also; see if they can advertise it at least in the hotel.

How to get folks to the seminar is the next problem. Check the local newspaper prices to see if that is possible. There usually a number of smaller papers maybe in a certain local in the area. Fliers maybe an answer depending on your visibility. Radio stations are also a possibility. TV is usually too expensive but worth a check. Some of the local talk shows have pretty good rates it the subject matter matches your seminar subject.

Now the day of the event always arrive early. Set up you equipment and test it thoroughly things quite. Welcome you audience as they arrive.
