Seminars and workshops are a fantastic way to get together with like minded people. Put some careful thought into your hand outs and you will be remembered long after everyone's gone home. A blend of just the right amount of information in your hand out and perhaps some lingering unanswered questions will leave people feeling the seminar was well worth the money and their time. If you give all the answers first time round it is unlikely anyone will come for a second session. Make sure you have the balance right. 7. Professional hand outs that match the professional workshop you've presented will tell the participants much about who you are and how you operate. Why go to all the time and trouble of presenting something worthwhile then not deliver on the take home materials? Follow through with the presentation and send each person on their way with confidence.

Before the presentation think about the seminars and workshops you have attended. Ask yourself what was lacking or what more could the presenter have provided.
